An afternoon, or even a day, especially for a family, can easily be spent in this wonderful park surrounding the lake… it offers so much. In addition to our Paddle Boats, these are just some of the many things to do in Monterey – all here at El Estero Park!

Barbecue areas with picnic benches overlooking the lake.
A walking path that goes entirely around the lake.
Along the walking path there is a unique exercise course with equipment and instructions.
Benches and grass to sit, or spread a blanket to picnic, relax, read and enjoy the day.

A skatepark for skateboarders.
Dennis the Menace park filled with one-of-a-kind fun playground equipment.
Fishing piers for the children to fish from, as well as the shore. The City has license requirements for ages 16 and over.
